- 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
- 2.6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 5/8 Cup Pecorino Romano
- 7/8 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 3/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Prep broccolini: Trim tough ends. Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Build lemon-garlic oil: Warm olive oil with garlic 2 minutes off heat. Add lemon zest and juice. Reserve for service.
